1, Return address for inaccurate purchase I have been given a return date and address for parcel to go back to China. Address is in Chinese and company closed until Feb. Don't know where to contact OayPal to ask for help 2, Can PayPal decisions be appealed I have paid for shipping to Australia not have to pay return postage in US dollars for a faulty priduct. PayPal said return it and be granted refund - barely cost of item. However I believe I shouldn't have to pay to return item that doesn't do what it suppose to. Can a PatPal decision be appealed?
