Can someone please tell me how I'm supposed to submit documentation for a claim when paypal gives NO OPTION to do so?!
I had to attach some documentation and found what I needed by clicking on the "More" heading, then "Resolution Center". There I was able to browse for my attachments and add the attachments to PayPal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
