I order a cellphone through from ebay via paypal I was charged the that order but I'm but seeing the transaction on my purchase history on ebay can any one help to get my refund ebay told me that the seller didn't receive the payment I have the order # a long with item #

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending awaiting authorisation.

If you are unable to find the transaction in your PayPal account I recommend giving us a call. On the phone we can use the funding source information to locate the payment for you. If you made the payment as a guest we can help you open a case also.
