I ordered item, a toy was sent instead of the item... i have buyer protection...Seller offered half refund, which basically said..." I scammed you but will give you half your money back and still make money off you!" I said no.... It's the principle of the thing... all my money back... PayPal more asking me to file a police report..... This is laughable... How do i even find out the name of the individual in China , or charge them..... This just seems like another step to not reimburse me.. If it was a local merchant maybe i could file this, not for someone in China!! Anyone else had similar issues with pay pal resolution ctr?
