I am a Sri lankan that live in philippine. Now my Paypal account got limited and ask for photo ID. I have a Sri Lankan Driving Licence. So can I upload it as my Photo ID. And what format should I upload it (Document,Jpg,Pdf). Please help me to solve this matter.
