I recently ordered 7 keychains from a vendor, some of them were received not as described.
Dispute opened requesting a partial refund for the "damaged" goods.
The reply was an offer to fully refund on return of all goods.
Since I want to keep the "good" ones, this is not a good solution for me....
I do not see any options other than returning all goods in the resolution center.... 😐
