Ask refund from paypal

Few weeks ago i pay a forwarder using paypal. But when arrived , my goods broken because forwarder not pack my goods. But when i open dispute, paypal asked me to return the goods. I pay the goods directly to seller.....I already sent email and explain to paypal that i only want service fee refund. But now paypal closed my case because i didn't send back my goods

 

 

timeline

 

A) i buy a goods using Credit card then ship to forwarder warehouse

B) i pay forwarder fee using paypal 

C) now the goodsbroken because forwarder not pack it properly as term and service. So i asked refund only for fee

 

 

Can someone help me about my case?

why i have to return the goods to forwarder? I didnt buy from forwarder. Just use their service

That's a great question! PayPal does not cover shipping fees or services in our Buyer Protection policy.
