I have a client that was abusive. I told her to find someone else to get the sane service for me since I wanted to end our relationship ASAP. She started ordering just to say she wanted the order cancelled. On my site it says I don’t do refunds because I do distance energy work so I can’t take back all the time I put into the service orobided. She promised me she would find someone else. Now I get a refund request. Do I have to honor it? It is there a way I can tell her I’m not doing a refund. Thank you for all the help
