I ordered a ‘gaming chair’ which apparently arrived in a parcel the size of a small milk bottle. Named: ‘car towel’. I didn’t have the item at the time that I disputed it as I was raising the case because it had been 21 days in transit. Unfortunately, PayPal closed the cased in favour of the other party saying they had provided delivery and shipping details. I would like to appeal the decision and it’s only been one day. I have the evidence of the parcel and emails that state what was meant to be delivered. There doesn’t seem to be an option to appeal on any of the menus in the resolution centre. Does anyone have an email for PayPal. I don’t use other social media outlets but just really appalled that there is no way to even contact PayPal before the 10 day deadline surpasses.
