Appeals, limitations and concerns

I am a buyer in this situation. I was sold a counterfeit item. To safeguard myself, I've followed every step in following PayPal instructions to return the item back to the seller. I received a refund and seller is appealing the case. Paypal sending emails that treat me as if I'm the buyer now and requesting that I refund the money I was awarded in order to lift limitations on my account. Please help!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
