I bought an item of clothing on Ebay that was advertised and pictured as a specific model and a totally different model was sent.
The seller did not believe this could have happened and I sent pictures to her email address which she provided. She refused my claim and the case was closed. I went to PayPal and they also refused my claim. In the meantime I have an item which I cannot use and is clearly the wrong item. Can I appeal and how do I do it? I want my money refunded and will happily mail back the item.
