Hi i sold a item on ebay and tracking shows it delivered to Ebay's GSP centre and signed for then a few days later GSP tracking number shows item delivered to destination. Buyer has opened up a claim for item not received even tho they have left good feedback paypal have refunded them and im trying to appeal but when i click submit it says (You did not enter a Tracking Number. Please enter a Tracking Number and then click Save.) This info is all ready there and i cant edit tracking number is fine is i put it into royalmail and it shows destination
