I bought some remi human hair wigs from a site using PayPal to pay for them, when the items arrived they were significantly not as described ie synthetic hair. I raised a dispute in the resolution centre only for the case to be decided in the sellers favour. I want to appeal but there is no function to do so, I have followed the instructions set out in help section but there is still no function. How can it be settled in sellers favour if they sent fake???
