I had someone break into my PayPal account and they tried to buy stuff from Walmart several times but it was declined. They then did an instant transfer to a card of theirs and it went through. I’ve reported it through PayPal and they responded within minutes saying is wasn’t fraudulent. It is and I need to appeal the decision. I can’t find a way to do that and the customer service rep hasn’t responded in 2 days. I didn’t make these charges.
