I ordered a short throw laser projector.

After waiting for 3 weeks, i received a Smartphone projector 2.0. it is a cheapskate cardboard projector that has ZERO electronic component.

I'm asking Paypal for a refund.

I ordered a laptop screen protector in November and it never arrived. I made a claim to PAyPal and they denied it. They said it was delivered. I spoke with them today (January 8th) and they told me that they defend PengBo and would not issue a refund. Obviously they do not read this forum. I have contacted my credit card.

I ordered 2 EI watches and Pay Pal refused to refund me my money. Even knowing that the company is fraud and the web site / Emails account are no longer exists. 

     I will to talk to the consumer office in the ministry and file a complaint against Pay pal in the first place. They claim we are protected, facts??? fraudulent protecting a fellow fraudulent!!!!
