Hello everyone!
I have an issue where I got double charged by paypal for a refund I did through ebay. Basically, it set my balance to -200 something dollars, and anytime I wanted to send money it would charge the -200 plus the amount I wanted to pay my friends. It didnt even refund the buyer on ebay, so I sent them a manual refund through my debit card. Now im down like $200 because of the negative balance issue, and I've contacted them 3 times through that "Message Center" thing, and the last time they just closed the conversation fully! So basically they are ignoring me and I dont know how much time I have until the case is not valid (because I'm pretty sure sites like this and cashapp dont take disputes past 60 days), and I'm getting worried that Im going to lose my money. Anyone have a surefire way that I can contact them and get this resolved?
