Anyone else getting a run around with a case dispute?
I am convinced that the system is set up to get the complaintant frustrated enough to abandon the dispute. My "resolution date" is continually changing. It is ridiculous. I chose to use PayPal for the "secure" transaction, it seems to be all hype.
Paypals transfers your funds SECURELY, they don't give you 100% buyer protection.
Its up to you to read up on their coverage and then risk assess your own transactions.
Unfortunately at the moment all claims are being pushed back as I guess paypal c.s are inundated at the moment from folks that have bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads. As long as your claim is still ongoing then you have a chance at a refund and just need to wait for your turn in the queue.
