I ordered an antique globe bar from an add on Facebook. 3 weeks later I received a small plastic box with little compartments. The supplier offered 50% refund to keep it or 100% if I returned it at my cost. As the item I receieved is worth about £1.00 but cost me £25 and the postage to China at least £20 it's not an option. PayPal originally said I must return the item to get my money back but they are reviewing my complaint. Anyone else had a similar issue?
