So back in July 2020 I received my pandemic unemployment back pay of $12k+, immediately PayPal limited my account. I was able to submit all documents they asked for except an ID because I didn't have one and every DMV in mine and neighboring cities have been closed due to the pandemic. I told customer support about this and they told me that my money will be limited for 180 days and that I can withdraw it on 1/20/2021. I never received an email to withdraw it so I called and the agent I spoke to told me that they placed ANOTHER automatic hold on my account on December 23rd?? I never spent a penny from this account nor did anything further on. I don't know what to do, I promised my landlord that I'd be able to pay rent owed on the 20th and now my family and I are facing eviction. Is there someone else I can contact who can help me release my money ASAP?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I've tried live chatting but it won't let me chat with them, I messaged them but haven't heard back in a week and I've tried contacting them on both Facebook and Twitter and I only received an automated response.
