I see I'm one of hundreds who have been scammed by paying for an item much costlier than one received. I also see that PayPal is going to side with the seller so i'm wasting my time with going through the resolution center. I bought a water feature measuring 77cm x 55cm and fedex has tracking info (although I haven't received anything) for a small packet 22cm x 9cm x 2cm . So seller sends a small item and it looks to PayPal that i received the item I paid for. What an evil world we live in!

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you. We can then verify some information with you and help you further.
It would be the best option if it were available. All methods of contact involve taking to AI.
And where the option to message is given, the is still no means of contacting real people. I end up going round in circles. Most frustrating and annoying.
