Hy,
Is the London ICC an Anbi- organization? Which means (in Holland) the governement gives a percentage back of your gift(s). Does anybody knows? Thanks.

Hi @Shell22,
I assume this is in reference to Gift Aid. This is a scheme which allows charities to reclaim tax on donations, which effectively increases the overall amount that can be used for any charitable purposes.

But I live in Holland. I do my taxes in Holland.
So I guess A church in London (not yet in the Netherlands!) can not be a "certified" ANBI organization (Which the governement IN HOLLAND works with)?
Ok, so I will NOT get a percentage tax back.........(I'm asking cause I have low budget at the moment).
