Amending a claim for partial shipment

I have a claim for 3 items I ordered. I received a notice that 2 item were not available and would be substituted.

As these were fashion items chosen to go with specific clothing, a substitution was not acceptable.

I tried to cancel, and received no acknowledgment. The email address given on PayPal as well as a reply to the substitution notice were all unanswered. 

The claim is at "waiting for the seller's response."

I need to amend claim as one of the items has arrived yesterday. It was in the color ordered so I will keep it. I do not want any more. I do want to update the claim to say I have received one item, and can't find a way to do that in the claims area.
