I am buying a hand made guitar amp from a company in China with no reviews anywhere online. I can't find any real proof of anyone having received something from them.
They said they need 3 weeks to make the amp and get it to me. Am I still covered after that amount of time in case it doesn't arrive or isn't what they say?
