Somebody is selling a collectible item on Facebook in another country than me. If the seller sends me an invoice with a detailed item description (including description, condition, and individual costs) through email am I protected with PayPal buyer Protection Policy if I do not receive the item or if it is not as described? The seller is also going to give me tracking information and signature confirmation. I have looked through PayPal’s user agreement and buyer protection section. It looks like I am covered but I want confirmation and any other advice to make sure I am protected. Thanks in advance.

Yes, as long the invoice sent to you is generated using PayPal, you are protected under Buyer Protection Program.
