I talked with a seller on eBay to negotiate extra parts he said he has for sale not part of his auction. I asked him to send me a PayPal invoice listing the details and he did. Is this safe to proceed? This is for used car parts totaling almost 10k. Does PayPal protect me for things like this? His seller rating was over 500 positive feedback.
