I called the PayPal customer service to remove a limitation on my account. I already have a bank account linked. The person I spoke to said I have to go to a store within 48 hours and buy a $200 eBay card out of pocket to remove the limitations and call back with the receipt and card number. Is this right or am I being scammed?
