Am I able to get a refund?

Hi all,

I bought some crystals for a mobile game from a company that claimed to be providing legitimate game crystals. 

I paid the invoice through Paypal. My game account has since been banned for buying crystals from an illegitimate third  party.

Am I able to start a dispute and ask for my money back?
