I sold a genuine Mont Blanc pen, posted it registered and fully insured. The buyer upon receipt immediately contacted me and said its a fake, had taken it to Mont Blanc they said fake. No proof offered to me and no documentary evidence from Mont Blanc, if I want proof I have to pay $300. This is a scam, the pen had a Mont Blanc ballpoint refill in it and no allegation that this was fake. I have escalated this matter to PayPal as a claim and I suspect the buyer will try and get a refund and keep my pen. Anyone experience this and what can be done. Thanks
