I'm sorry to hear that there's a limitation on your account. If you visit the Resolution Center, are there steps for you to complete? Once those steps are completed, the information you submit will be queued so it can be reviewed as quickly as it can be. If you've completed the steps, please give it a few days and if you don't hear anything in that time, you can contact customer service to inquire about the status of the review.
