Fraud. You will not get what you order they will send you a cheap watch that's maybe worth a dollar and expect you to send it back because they gave you the wrong item but it will cost you more to try to send it back to China than you already paid for the supposed item you thought you would be getting. They have fake tracking numbers and a site set up that looks just like the United States postal service. it looks very legit just like any other package you might have tracked in the past. It goes location to location and times all the way to the time and date it was dropped off at your house so the question is how to get here with a fake tracking number from China how did they get it here it's really scary I say we don't order anything from China anymore we stay within our country and that's it

Exatly what happened to me, I have opened a dispute because they send me a fake tracking number in a fake website. Now the dispute is closed because they delivered a cheap hair roll that's maybe worth less than a dollar.
I have been sending emails and also trying to contact the company and also Paypal - unsuccessful.
Do you know what should I do them?
Thank you

I had that with Aliexpress, fake tracking website and it was for a plastic card printer over $1000. Fortunately i opened a dispute as soon as it said it had been delivered and it hadn't and got full refund. Just as well as it was money that belonged to a non profit group and had taken ages to fundraise for.

I got scammed for 2 roof ladders. I got 2 Chinese watches. Called Top Express in Bensenville Ill who shipped the order and they were quite familiar with this scam. Said they have been getting this call regularly. I would suggest you cal[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]is the number I got for AikPro Limited and the gentleman there blamed it on one of his vendors and said he was sorry. I told him sorry don't cut it. He knew exactly what was happening. So how does one get their refund through Pay Pal, or Credit Card? This is fraud from the word go.

Financial Ombudsman advised PayPal will refund this scam transaction today. My sending evidence that the items purchased couldn't be delivered via the package as photographed by Australia Post and providing a statutory declaration as requested last week had still been ignored with the dispute still recorded as decided against me. I no longer buy anything being promoted via FB at special discounts as if you check them out they invariably shout SCAM /FAKE.
As for PayPal guaranteeing buyer protection, in my experience the manner in which the duped buyer is expected to succeed with a claim is insulting and demeaning designed to protect dodgy sellers and frustrate claimants.
