I was a victim of fraud. I purchased what was advertised as Mayari Birkenstocks from a website called Marvelat and when I received them they were in a plastic bag from China -cheap plastic with a toxic order. I had trouble communicating with seller and reached out to PayPal and because seller had already agreed to a refund if I mailed back shoes to CHINA!!!! PayPal did not read my request insisting on full refund without mailing back shoes (why should I come out of pocket ANYTHING for a scam) and finally they agreed to give me a PayPal credit but a week has passed and I cannot get in touch with anyone at PayPal. I call and they say my inquiry cannot be support by PayPal and then I am disconnected. When I go online to chat I get no response. They say they will respond in two hours and let me know via email that they respond but nothing? I don't know what to do
