Hello users Im new at paypal and wanted to ask something . I created an account in paypal Germany because im a student on germany and i wanted to have everything in german Language so my father can help Easely with it. I made 2-3 sells and they limited my account and after that i needed to provide personal information from banks address and everything and the time that this happend i was in my native country because of covid(Albania). They restricted my account and i waited 180 Days of them. After that an email came that was explainin that they saw that my sells dint have anything ilegal and they released my fund but cant use paypal again and said that i have avaiable 238€ to withdraw. When i open it it said that this money was withheld. I dont know why but i wait and email Came and still I cant take my money please if anyone know something to help would be very great .
