Hello, I sold an item which the buyer has returned - this is no problem he is entitled to do it, the only problem is he hasn't returned it in the same condition as what I sold it. There are lots of items missing and a certificate of authenticity.
I got an email from PayPal saying I needed to complete an Affidavit which needs to be done by 10th Nov. However I am on holiday/vacation at the moment and have no way of getting this signed and verified in time, what can I do?
I have tried to phone PayPal, but it's not available as an option
Any help would be gratefully received
