Advice on unauthorised payment made via paypal

Hi paypal community

 

An unauthorised payment to FB ad was made via paypal recently. Without investigation, Paypal has closed my dispute.

 

I have all the proof that the transaction was not authorised.

I dispute this because 1) I do not have any authorised payment to FB on paypal,

2) I do not have any authorised ad payment on FB anyway,

3) I did not make any ads via FB in the last 90 days,

4) the transaction apparently went to a dubious Ireland FB email address, and going through this community threads has shown this sort of scam has taken place through Ireland before.

 

I would like your advice on how to reach paypal or better, have paypal message me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
