Hi, I wondered if anyone could help. I purchased an item and paid through paypal and basically it's a totally random item I've received which is only fit for the bin. I contacted the seller initially but they were most unhelpful so I raised a dispute with paypal. Now I've been told I must send the spurious item back to China at my own cost in order to receive a refund, which I am extremely unhappy about and I'd like to know where I stand on this please. Thank you.

Seems to be the normal thing. You can't get a refund and keep the goods. I Did make enquiries through my bank an you still had to return the goods. The seller I bought from offered me 25% refund and. I could keep the goods. I refused and mine is on its way back to China you can apply for refund on the postage which I have had accepted but that's another story. Is been waiting since 18th August for that
