I recently had my account hacked into, which someone transferred money from my Paypal balance to a Visa card. I made a dispute with Paypal which they granted the transaction was unauthorized and granted a refund. HERE"S THE KICKER....I was only refunded the $10 transfer fee associated with the money transferred. I've contacted Paypal representatives one thousand times, but I have yet to get an answer as to where the refund is. I was told to contact the card issuer, so I think the money refunded was sent to the unauthorized Visa that is no shape or form associated with my account. Does anyone have any tips or advice as to how I can resolve this?
