Advice needed! Incorrect accusations from paypal & no followup?

Hello.

I am writing here because i need to know if anyone else can see any wrongdoing in my paypal related activities. I am at a loss as to why my account has been permanently limited.

I have been using paypal for 10 years or so, we were limited when they cracked down on paid to click websites so we changed our business model to buying and selling traffic. Our websites were re approved the limitation was lifted and i was allowed to continue trading.

Shortly after i was asked to have my payments held for 21 days for security, i agreed and for 3 months or so my account was holding payments for 21 days before release, once this period was over there was no more action. All my websites do is buy and sell traffic like many many other websites do.

adzbux.com, globalrotator.com, epicrotator.com, randomadz.com <---- These are the only sites i accept paypal on and it is shown in my transaction history clearly.

On the 18th of May i emailed about my new website www.cashnhitz.com <-- we buy traffic and sell to our advertisers. We have our own branded tech and artificial intelligence to secure against fraud and other suspicious activities related to the use of our website and the screening of traffic. None of this is relevant, just that we buy and sell traffic online.

On the 21st my account was permanently limited with this email:

"We are hereby notifying you that, after a recent review of your account
activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales / offers on www.kingsbux.com;
http://www.dosbux.com/; http://www.randomadz.com;
http://www.instantpaidclix.com; http://www.globalrotator.com;
www.pennies4me.com ."

This is the same email i received when moving away from the paid to click industry, 4 of those sites are no longer in service and there is no trace of payments coming into my account from any of these websites since before 2013 (before they stopped working with PTC)

Only 2 of these websites do i actually own, and 2 more are not listed even tho i list them in my selling preferences in my paypal profile.

 

I rang the support, I explained exactly what i have written above and asked to appeal against their decision. I waited 10 days for this reply...

"Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support regarding your Account Limitation. After completing a secondary review of your account, the decision to limit your account without appeal, is final."

I then rang them and asked for a reason as to why they made a final decision. I got his reply within 12 hours.

"For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues."

 

So, now you know all of the details do you think i am in the wrong? Do you know why Paypal have done this after i have worked with them for so long? Do you think i have been wrongly banned from paypals services?

 

I am a fair person. I have decided to make a formal complaint but i value your opinion.
