How can I verify my account limitation by using a Bulgarian national ID? I have sent that ( both sides) but got decline letter.
There are clearly mentioned: residence address incl city, street, house nbr etc..
Issued not 3 month ago as requested by Paypal but ID cards valid here 10years and thats common practice in some EU countries.
As a variant I can go by walk to tel operator office, to print the last bill, to stamp it in ink.?
