Additonal Information on two ongoing disputes (Currently Under Review)

Hey,

 

I currently have two ongoing disputes (currently under review) and as I can see I can't send any more additonal information untill they ask, however this document that I need to send to paypal I think would be  vital for these disputes to go in my favour.

 

Would I just have to wait for paypal to respond on a verdict or ask for more information?

or would it possible to open another dispute with the Case - ID information and send the additonal information through that source.

You can only open one dispute per transaction. You can always submit it on appeal should they close the dispute against you or contact customer service to enable to upload function for you:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Quick question about asking to enable the upload function so I can send the additonal information,

 

Would I only be able to do this through calling them over the phone or can I do it via live chat or fb live chat?
