I have made numerous purchases in the last few months. On the corresponding dates of a few of my purchases, there has been an additional charge on my Paypal account (a few cents to a few dollars). I was wondering if there is something going wrong with my account (fraud). I already cancelled my credit card once before because of these charges.**I contacted the sellers and they told me that they did not charge me tax on my purchases (what I saw at checkout is what I paid). So, where are these additional charges coming from? Taxes?
