Hello. My account was permanently limited on Oct 21, 2019. I got an email a few weeks ago about finally being able to withdraw my funds (after waiting 180 days) but every time I add my bank account I get either “We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.” Or “Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now.” I have tried messaging PayPal multiple times but they keep sending back the same email saying my account is limited. Ive tried calling customer service but I dont think they’re available due to COVID-19. How do I withdraw my money?
