I have this message appear in my PayPal account which I am assuming is the cause of why my customers can't purchase online with PayPal.
Action required: Provide additional information. To start enjoying the benefits of your new account, please provide more information about your business. We need this information to comply with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
However when I click 'provide more information' it says 'Thank you for providing your info. If you uploaded a document, we’ll get back to you in 2-4 business days.' I filled everything out on the 18th of June and received an email from PayPal saying everything is up to date?
Also if I go directly to the pay to confirm my identity everything has been uploaded - https://www.paypal.com/policy/hub/cip
