I have a personal account have had no problems and now they want a pic of my I’d that I don’t have and can’t get rite now I have been reviving with drawing money sending money friends and family no problems bank is been verified card Verified verified phone verified everything has been verified account was good what can I do to unlock my limitations now

Sadly if that is what they are asking then that is what you have to provide to raise the limitation.

Can be passport photo, drivers licence, any government document with it on etc.
