Acct suspended for more than 1 month. No one bother to assist?

Hi, can some one pls call and help us solve this?
 
It had been suspended since Early Jan!!!!! We had sent in ALL documents many timeS!
 
Is this the way Paypal do biz???

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues removing a limitation from your account, I know it can be frustrating. I suggest doing all of the following things:

  • Call paypal and ask the status of the limitation review
  • Go to the resolution center and ensure no additional information was request
  • Check the status of the case, perhaps your appeal was denied.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
