Accout limited and stuck... Please help

Hello,
Im using paypal for more than 4 years, ive changed the account by mistake to buisness account, not paypal telling me that ive exceeded the limit, and wants to prove thats its me and buisness papers, i dont have a company but im using the paypal, and now i have about 587 usd and i want to withdraw the money to cairo amman bank which is linked to paypal account, and its not allowed till i approve my company profile (which is not exist) so is the money not mine any more... Please advice...
Ps. The account is verified, the email verified... And im verified, so whats the problem...

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

You may need to downgrade your paypal account to a personal account again.
