I provided all information asked during account creation, even also verified my bank account . After completed my accounts limitations were remove. But recently a notification shows me the same option of account limitation. Please check my account and help me to solve the issue easily.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
