Hello, everyone. Today I tried to withdraw from PayPal via FNB but I go an error message say that the account was on hard hold ,so I called FNB and they said that the issue was not coming from their side and I should contact PayPal. The problem now is that I can't talk to PayPal  customer care agent due to Covid19. Has anyone ever experienced this and how did it get resolved?

You need to contact FNB Tax Compliance Department - <removed>. Once you speak with a consultant they will identify you and email you a form that you need to complete - this is to check you tax compliance in South Africa and internationally. Once you complete the form you send it back to them and after 30 minutes you need to phone back and they will verify the information and lift the block off your account.
