Hello, after 180 days of limitations , I want to remove limitations from account or close the account, it is possible?

Sadly not, the account would be permanently limited.
The 180 days only applies to when you can withdraw any funds you may still have on that limited account.
The account would stay limited and you can't close it, this is to stop you using any information on that account to try and open another account against paypal rules.
Advice is voluntary.
