Account using and closing issue

Plz help me,,I want to delete my paypal account,,bcz I entered wrong information in it,,and when I tried to delete the account,,the site said “your account is cannot be closed, we have seen unusual activity from the account,,plz help me...

Sadly as its a permanent limitation you can't close it.

Paypal limits it to stop you doing so, so you can't use any information on that account to try and open another account against their rules.  😞
