Account usage threshold for months - unable to solve even with calls to Customer Service

HI everyone, I hope someone can help me.

I have a usage Threshold on my account, I have been trying to solve for 3 months. Uploading all required info and files several times does not help, sending messages within the message center multiple times neither, not even calls to Paypal of 58 minutes after being approximately 45 in line.

I was told I had to upload one more document, which I did but the result is exactly the same as before.

I have several thousand $ bloqued which I need to access urgently and no way to get to it.

PLease can someone tell me what to do??????!!!!!!

This seems just like a joke.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
